South Coast Insulation Services have an exciting new opportunity for experienced Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators.
We are a fully accredited energy efficiency provider and insulation installer driving tangible energy savings and carbon reduction. We support housing associations, landlords, councils, local authorities, trade, retail, and the MOD as well as delivering works for private residential property owners.
We have important roles available for Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators to support our ECO delivery.
The Retrofit Assessor / Coordinator occupies a vital project management role within the PAS 2035 retrofit process. They are responsible for overseeing domestic retrofit projects from inception to completion and will liaise with homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installation managers and contractors, to ensure successful project management.
The candidate must be a fully qualified Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator. The candidate must be able to work on deemed score/tech surveys and energy assessments.
Candidates will need to have a good understanding of all aspects of domestic heating systems, insulation within the ECO industry and also to be experienced with all documentation and compliance paperwork.
Key Tasks:
- To ensure delivery of retrofit projects within our ECO framework.
- To support homeowners and landlords through the delivery journey.
- To manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
- Reporting to, and collaboration with, partners and funders.
