Upload proof of home ownership

Upload proof of home ownership to qualify for government funding for your project using the form below. This must be one of the following items:

  • Mortgage statement (dated within the last 12 months)
  • Title deed or Land Registry document
  • Solicitor’s letter confirming house purchase

To ensure you’re not liable for the cost of the recently installed insulation on your property, we require proof of home ownership in order to secure the necessary government funding. This can be done using the form below and requires one of the following items to complete the funding process.

  • Mortgage statement (dated within the last 12 months)
  • Title deed or Land Registry document
  • Solicitor’s letter confirming house purchase

The document needs to clearly show your name and address. We only require a photo of one of these documents or a pdf download of your mortgage statement if this is only provided online.

Please note that if we are unable to obtain proof of home ownership, the funding may not be granted, which could mean that the cost of the installation becomes payable by you directly. We hope to avoid this and appreciate your prompt assistance in providing the required documentation.
