How will my complaint be handled?

Complaints will be processed and investigated with high importance
following our standard quality and complaints handling process.

  1. Your complaint is logged (with photo evidence where appropriate).
  2. Your complaint is recorded with a unique reference number and quoted on all correspondence relating to the complaint.
  3. Your complaint is reviewed, and further communication will be sent to you in a timely manner including how we intend to deal with your complaint.
  4. Once the complaint is resolved and no further action is required, we will send you an email with a final outcome for reference.
  5. Should your complaint require further investigation we will continue to communicate with you until the matter has been resolved.
